Payments
Members should submit all payments through CASHNet and email your payment receipt to the treasurer. Please contact the treasurer prior to submitting payment if you have any questions about the correct amount to pay.
CASHNet accepts the following credit/debit cards: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and JCB.
Member Dues/Fees:
Actives $40
Due by 6:30pm on 10/1
Late fee of $2 per week
Must pay by 10/31 or will be moved to inactive status
Associates $10
Due by 6:30pm on 10/1
Late fee of $2 per week
Must pay by 10/31 or will be moved to inactive status
Pledges $90
$45 due prior to Pledge Ritual (cannot pledge if this is not met)
$45 due prior to last pledge meeting (will be de-pledged and cannot initiated if this is not met)

Ritual Excused Absence Request
Who: Actives, Working to Regain Active Status
Purpose: To request an excused absence if you cannot attend a ritual.
Ritual Emergency Excused Absence Request
Who: Actives, Working to Regain Active Status
Purpose: To request an excused absence if you were unable to attend a ritual but did not previously get your absence excused. Failure to submit this request on time will result in you being move to/staying inactive.
Chapter Excused Absence Request
Who: Actives, Pledges, Working to Regain Active Status
Purpose: To request an excused absence from a chapter meeting.
Outside Event Credit Request
Who: Actives, Pledges, Working to Regain Active Status
Purpose: To request credit for an outside service or leadership event.
Fellowship Alternate Requirement Request
Who: Actives, Pledges, Working to Regain Active Status
Purpose: To request to use extra service hours to fulfill your fellowship event requirement.
Pledge Event Alternate Requirement Request
Who: Actives, Working to Regain Active Status
Purpose: To request an alternative way to fulfill your pledge event requirement.
Spending Request
Who: Anyone
Purpose: To request to spend chapter money. Please submit as early as possible!
In-Person Event Request
Who: Event Coordinators
Purpose: To request to have an in-person event. (All events are virtual only until further notice unless prior approval is obtained)
Risk Management Affirmation
Who: Actives, Associates, Advisors, Pledges, Working to Regain Active Status
Purpose: Required affirmation of compliance with risk management policies
Associate Status Request
Who: Actives
Purpose: To request associate status for the semester.

APO IMPACT Credit Request
Who: Actives, Pledges, Working to Regain Active Status
Purpose: To request a leadership credit for completing an APO IMPACT webinar.

Event Evaluation
Who: Event Coordinators
Purpose: To complete the required event evaluation
Graduate Student Intent to be Active
Who: Graduate students that are APO alum
Purpose: To declare your intention to be involved as an active member (versus alum).

Who: Actives/Advisors (for submitting proposed amendments), Anyone (for submitting suggestions)
Purpose: To submit a proposed policy amendment or suggestions for changes to chapter policies.
